Welcome to Home & Homeland. By visiting home-homeland.com and/or submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them before placing an order. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.

1. Who we are

This site is owned and operated by Home & Homeland, a small, home-based business in Glen Allen, VA. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Home & Homeland.

2. Products

We hand-pick everything we carry, imported and sourced from India. Because many items are handcrafted, slight variation in color, texture, size, or finish between what you see in a photo and what arrives is normal, not a defect — it's part of what makes a handmade piece what it is. We try to keep product photos and descriptions accurate, but actual color can vary slightly depending on lighting and your screen.

3. Prices & availability

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Stock is limited and shown as accurately as we can keep it, but an item can occasionally sell out or change price between when you order and when we confirm — we'll always tell you if that happens before finalizing anything.

4. Orders & payment

Submitting an order through this site is a request, not a guaranteed sale — we contact you directly to confirm item availability, delivery/pickup/shipping details, and the total before anything is finalized. We don't process payment on this website; payment is by Zelle (to getintouch@home-homeland.com) or cash, collected directly between you and us at confirmation, delivery, or pickup. If something can't be fulfilled as ordered (out of stock, pricing error), we'll let you know and cancel or adjust the order rather than silently substituting something.

6. Intellectual property

Everything on this site — photos, text, logos, and design — belongs to Home & Homeland or is used with permission. Please don't reproduce, redistribute, or reuse it elsewhere without asking us first.

This site may link to third-party sites (e.g. a reference photo someone submits with an item request). We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of sites we don't operate.

8. Limitation of liability

Home & Homeland isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, to the fullest extent the law allows. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you actually paid for the item in question.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute is subject to the courts located in Virginia.
